With a strong foundation in psychosocial studies and a professional background that spans IT services, operations, and human resources, she brings a holistic and people‑centred approach to every aspect of her work.
Paige’s career began in customer‑focused roles before she progressed into leadership positions across service delivery and operations. This pathway has shaped her ability to understand workforce dynamics from multiple angles – from front‑line service environments through to strategic HR management. In her current role at Cheeky Munkey Ltd, she leads the HR function with a focus on culture, wellbeing, and driving continual improvement across the organisation.
