Q: Can you briefly describe your organisation and what you do?
A: The Luxury Travel Book: We are a luxury apartment and villa rental company based in London. We offer luxury properties all over Europe and beyond for holiday rentals, and organise bespoke services and experiences in our destinations for our guests.
The Challenge
Q: What challenges were you experiencing with your previous phone system?
A: We had a previous phone system that was temperamental in how it worked. The phones in the office had to be connected via Ethernet cables, and the mobile app was not very user-friendly. It was also very hard to connect/forward calls to other people in the company. We weren’t aware that Teams offered a phone service, so when we found out, we moved to this.

A: The setup was fast and extremely easy. Sometimes with phone systems there are issues with porting and delays, but we didn’t have any of that. It didn’t disrupt our business in any way.
