West London Mission Housing Association (WLM) is a Circuit of the Methodist Church whose mission is to seek to transform the lives of people affected by homelessness, personal difficulties, offending or chronic addiction, empowering them to lead more fulfilling lives.
WLM were having a lot of problems with their IT infrastructure and were disappointed with the service they were receiving from their IT service provider. They contacted Cheeky Munkey hoping they could improve things for them, and do so at a cost that suited them. Being a charity this was important as they have little money to spend on computer services.
Cheeky Munkey now provide a more proactive support service than WLM were previously used to. This has helped to not only identify but also to eradicate issues earlier than WLM had experienced before. Cheeky Munkey has achieved this by providing proactive support tools including antivirus, spam filtering, and remote monitoring and maintenance software.
