Operations Coordinator Role
We’re hiring a confident and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our thriving team. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the service team handling incoming calls, directing them to the right personnel, and ensuring prompt resolution of all inquiries.

As the main point of contact for clients and internal staff, exceptional customer service, complaint handling, rapport building, and telephony skills are crucial for success in this role. Experience in an office environment, along with basic technical knowledge or IT industry experience, will greatly assist you in gathering information, prioritising tickets, coordinating with the technical team, and effectively communicating with clients.

Operations Coordinator Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients raising services requests or directing their calls to the relevant person or team.
  • Assist with the triaging of service tickets to the correct department or service board.
  • Working closely with the operations leadership team to coordinate resource where required.
  • In charge of overseeing the Client Issues Board, serving as the primary contact for all logged issues, and assigning appropriate managers to resolve them.

About you

  • Strong interpersonal skills; including verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Administrative and coordination skills
  • Proficient in operating Windows-based computer systems and utilising Microsoft software applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and adapt quickly in a demanding environment
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn other aspects of the business

Desired Experience

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience and complaint handling
  • Previous administrative and/or coordination experience in an office environment
  • Experience working in a technical environment
