Cheeky Munkey Customer Referral Program
The goal of the Cheeky Munkey Customer Referral Program is to reward our loyal customers and contacts for their help in referring new customers to us.
Satisfied customers are one of our greatest values at Cheeky Munkey, and we’d love to reward your help in finding new prospective customers among your network. By helping us find these new customers, you both will benefit – it’s a win-win!
For every qualified lead that results in a new contract, both the referrer and the referred will be rewarded. The referrer will receive an Apple iPad Mini whilst the referred new customer will receive a FREE Security Update, worth up to £2,000!
1. Definition of a qualified lead:
– A contact in an influencing or decision making role at an organisation that is looking to engage with a new technology solutions provider
– Contact information must include name, title, company, email address and phone number
– The contact organisation is not currently a Cheeky Munkey customer
2. Lead submissions may be verbal initially but must also be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line of “Customer Referral”. The email should detail the opportunity and include full details including contact information.
3. Definition of a new contract: A signed contract for Cheeky Munkey services for at least 12 months, spending £750 per month or more.
4. Leads must close within 6 months of the submission date.
5. Cheeky Munkey sales staff will record the customer submitted information, date of entry and status for tracking, verification, opportunity qualification, follow up and award processing.
6. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be submitted, or rewards that may be earned.
7. This award will be notified and issued to both parties within 30 days of commencement of a new contract resulting from the lead.
8. * Definition of Free Support. For the newly referred client, this means month 4 of the new contract will be credited by £500.
